Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-26
1. What Turtle Proxy is
Turtle Proxy is a Minecraft-only proxy service. Traffic that you route through your join address is forwarded to the Minecraft server you point it at. Turtle Proxy is not a general-purpose VPN.
2. Acceptable use
- Use Turtle Proxy only for gameplay you are entitled to on the servers you connect to.
- Do not use Turtle Proxy to break another service's terms of service, evade lawful enforcement, harass other users, or commit fraud.
- No spam, no denial-of-service, no port scanning, no malware relaying.
- One account per person. Sharing a subscription across a large group is not allowed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Plans are monthly and auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable VAT where required.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for genuine service failures. We do not refund partial months when you simply stop using the service.
4. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Minecraft servers you connect to may block ranges, be down, or change protocol; that is outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
Turtle Proxy is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turtle Proxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including bans on third-party servers or loss of in-game items.
